Known as the ‘Rocket Boy’ on social media, Yan has garnered international acclaim for writing 600 lines of code to build a functioning rocket.

Yan Hongsen’s fascination with rockets began at just four years old, during the launch of the Long March-2 rocket. This early encounter sparked a lifelong passion for space exploration. Currently a Primary Five student, Yan’s early exposure to rockets and astronomy led him to delve deeply into programming, physics, and chemistry.
